Return & Refund Policy
At Afterglow, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your sanctuary upgrade. We partner with Pathao Courier to ensure fast and secure delivery across Bangladesh.
1. Delivery & Inspection (The "Open Box" Policy) We encourage transparency. When your delivery arrives:

Inspect Immediately: Please inspect your products carefully while the delivery man is present to ensure they are correct and undamaged.

Instant Return: If you wish to return the item for any reason, you may hand it back to the delivery man immediately.

Delivery Fee: In the case of an immediate return, you must pay the delivery charge (80 BDT Inside Dhaka / 120 BDT Outside Dhaka) to the delivery man. This fee is paid to the courier service and is non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Returns (After Delivery) If you discover an issue after the delivery man has left, you may still be eligible for a return if:

The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It is in the original packaging with all cords, remotes, and accessories included.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us immediately:

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send the package back to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Items damaged by the user (dropped, water damage, etc.).

Sale items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance or sale items.
